「The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where it ended. There is no way that this facility should be included in the Fairfield or Marriott portfolio. It was dirty, beat up, not well maintained and smelled horrible. I literally left and found somewhere else to stay.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. 」
