「It was not at all good experience. I booked AC room, and the disgusting part, AC was not functioning properly. Morever the manager said we do not gurantee power backup for AC. Only fan was working during power outage. You cannot expect if you have paid for AC room which has been given the top floor of the hotel and that also AC not working. Room service was satisfactory.」

「the room and the wash room was clean and devoid of any musty smell. the rooms were well furnished. Just one draw back though... the buffet breakfast starts at 07:30 and the food items weren't all placed on the table. This is one area that needs improvement.」

「I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
