“Breakfast was excellent and abundant, had a wonderful stay”

“The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all. The host was very kind and texted me to ensure everything went fine and if I needed anything - very kind and nice of her. The room type I……

“The room and bathroom were both very attractive and well-appointed. A small balcony looking out over the square was just large enough for two to sit out and enjoy the sun. Only warning would be for anyone with mobility issues as the internal staircase is a spiral one and not really made with suitcases in mind. My wife and I are 62 and 60 and we were fine. The square itself was very busy, but we liked that. Three restaurants below us, one especially lively where we ate most nights. Lots of shops……

“A gem of a hotel so close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Bari. The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. If anything is wrong, you only have to ask. I stayed in a Deluxe room (both stays), which had a terrace balcony. No pretty view, but quite nice to sit, take a drink and read, between exploring. The room……

“Habitación grande y limpia. El baño no tan cómodo porque se sale el agua de la regadera, pero es muy amplio. Llegamos a la medianoche y queríamos hacer late check out pero nos querían cobrar 20 euros por una hora y media más, así que no lo hicimos. El personal muy amable.”
