「I have been contacted by the hotel via WhatsApp right after my online booking. The hotel gave me very clear and easy follow instruction for self-check in as I arrived after 8pm. The hotel is easy to find and located 5 mins from the central Station. they are very helpful and responsive to my queries. The room is very spacious and clean a shown in the picture. They provided hotel standard services. They also offered breakfast with a good amount of choices. Lots of restaurants and shops around....

「Our bed was broken in the room and it was impossible to sleep on it. When we spoke to reception- they said they were booked out and couldn’t offer us another family room to change. One of us had to sleep with 2 kids on a sofa bed and one on a broken bed. Not a quality of sleep one would expect in such a hotel. Breakfast was nice though with a terrace with a very nice view to the city.」

The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all.
