「I’ve been going to the V when they were owned by Sonder. Now that they are not, there are some changes. Although Everything is still the same. The quality of the service room and cleanliness was great. The only thing I was surprised by was the deposit fee of $100 per night from what they told me. I understand that it’ll be refundable after but I wasn’t informed about that when I booked a room on this app. Just wish it was disclosed. Other than that, this hotel is great. Had a good stay.」

「The only real issue I had was the pool. Sooo small and in need of a serious upgrade. It felt very cheap and Vegas like. The staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms were outdated but surprisingly pleasant. The hotel is in the heart of Palm Springs, close to all restaurants and shopping. I didnt have a bad stay.」
