讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I really want to give this hotel 5 stars - the room was spacious, very cute decor, comfortable. The pool is nice and peaceful. The grounds are well kept and also decorated great. Free mini breakfast and bikes are great.
My only issue is when we checked in and prior to arrival, the list of rules made it feel like we were kids going to summer camp with rules rather than a relaxing vacation. They emailed, texted and then made me sign a paper agreeing to each rule one by one. The rules are generally okay, but the rule prohibiting outside alcohol even INSIDE guest rooms just seems so silly. It’s adults only - we’re not children. I understand if they don’t want parties, but this isn’t the way to do it. The rule sheet said you would be evicted from the property for infractions. Seemed very un-welcoming despite the welcoming vibe of the spot.
Other than that, we had a great time and loved the property, just wish it wasn’t such a surveillance state feeling prior to arrival. Also, I did not see this mentioned anywhere before paying / booking. Who goes to Palm Springs and doesn’t want to enjoy some drinks by the pool? They only offer canned beverages and there’s no bar.
