Room was ordinary next to the lobby. It looked like it was for disabled folks but staff did not inform us on it. All hotels have soap in dispensers and they are still sticking with bar soap! Pool had lots of dead insects and looks like no automatic filter was running. Breakfast was great! Parking was convenient. Rooms were clean and maid service was good.

This should not be referred to as a resort. IT IS NOT A RESORT. No Valet. No Doorman. No bell service. No Gift shop. No concierge. Broken elevator. Booked specifically to have a restaurant. Had 45-50 minutes for breakfast last Sunday, sat there for a half hour and no one looked at me. I had to ask the table next to me how does one get table service? I even called the front desk and asked them to send a waiter to my table and NOTHING. It was busy because of BNP Paribas - but they have that event every year SO STAFF FOR IT! That’s why the prices go up exponentially is because everyone comes in to town for this tennis tournament. I Ended up having to quickly check out and find somewhere to have breakfast so I could leave for the tournament. Very disappointing. I left feeling ripped off.

Did not use the pool. Hotel is dated, bed was awful and limited restaurant service. Refrigerator in the room was hidden in the closet and didn’t work. Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat didn’t work. View of the parking lot was blocked by a pillar so the room was very dark. No bottles of water were provided, no shower gel and no tennis channel in the room even though half the guests were probably there for the beautiful tournament.

The property as far as the rooms and areas in the hotel are in poor condition. In my room I had multiple issues. Broken coffeemaker, showee drained so slowly that I almost flooded the bathroom after my first shower. The battery for the safe in the room was low and had to be replaced. There was NO gift shop as advertised. They offer water and chips in the lobby. No coffee or tea available in the lobby.

after shave hair found in the shower from previous guest. Carpet hasn't been cleaned I am sure in years, room had a strange smell maybe because of the carpet. Mattress was not comfortable, pool water looked cloudy. Room didnt even have a robe or laundry/plastic bags. The hotel is super dated. Super basic and not cozy at all. We will definitely choose a different hotel on the next visit

They over booked and did not have a King bed room even though we prepaid. They “upgraded” us to a suite which was very weird and spooky with an active store room attached, a poker table, massive bar that could seat 10 and aTV about 20’ away from the bed. There was a second door in the bathroom that was locked and we didn’t know where it led. We asked for another room and settled for 2 queens in a normal room.

Check in staff not very hospitable. Checked in at 7:30pm. Hotel Needs some serious updating. Hotel is very old. Rooms are musty and not aesthetically pleasing. Still using shower curtains that don’t work and spills water all over floor. Phone didn’t work in room. When maintenance came by I was ready to hop in shower and ask them to come back in 10min to fix phone but they never returned. Had to go down to restaurant to order room service since phone wasn’t working. Room service was in a paper bag and to go boxes, no plate or table was it served in. Restaurant/room service closed at 9 pm. Next morning housekeeping knocking at door around 10:00’to let us know check out is at 11:00. Did not feel welcomed at the hotel. Only positive is it’s a good location if you’re planning to go to the BNP tennis tournament. Close by. Complimentary shuttle would be nice. Won’t stay there again.

Very dated, in-room amenities are lacking (the shampoo/ conditioner in the shower is basically hand soap), lots of hall noise and noise from other rooms. The complimentary coffee was always nearly empty in the morning, same with the water dispenser. The little things like that were lacking. The pool area is fine- it was deserted when we were there. The are many new, comfortable loungers. If you must stay here, ask for a room facing the pool or else you will be facing the main road, the garbage or a parking lot. The in room safe did not work, nor did the exterior door from the hallway to the parking lot close properly and it was always open without a key or any security. They are updating the mattresses.

The hotel was going through some upgrades so all the Lucy and Desi pictures were not displayed… which made me a little sad because that’s one of the main reasons I wanted to stay there. They were also replacing all mattresses and were unfortunately not the ones that got a new mattress so our sleep wasn’t the best.

The property is pretty outdated, it could use an upgrade. The amenities were ok, pool and fitness room were average. There was not a lot to offer. Only served breakfast and lunch. Plus side: Location is great, the staff is wonderful. We felt very welcomed and valued. Even though our stay was at a very busy time of year, Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, we got a good rate compared to other hotels in the area.
