「The location is not easy to find. No bathroom in the room. But the environment and private family bathroom at ground floor is comfortable and silence. The staff is helpful. They can speak english. The breakfast is good taste」

「The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!」

「我們提早在下午一點抵達，櫃檯人員親切地提早讓我們入住。旅館景色優美，有三個不同的溫泉池可以使用，最令人難以忘懷的是豐盛精緻的晚餐及早餐；當我們已經無法再吃下任何東西時，餐廳人員還詢問是否需要將餐後的冰淇淋送至房間讓我們晚一點再享用，雖然最終忍痛放棄，當餐廳人員露出了可惜的表情時，相信下次拜訪由布院時，我會再度選擇古都の花心。」
