Overall hotel was great. Little dated but very comfortable. Only thing was that was was being stabbed by something sharp at night while sleeping. In the morning I discovered it was cockroach legs stabbing me and then found a dead one at the bottom of my futon. Food and service were wonderful and onsen was the best part.

母の誕生日のお祝いをスタッフの皆様でして頂け、プレゼントまで頂きました。スタッフの皆様は本当に優しく接客も丁寧で感動しました。温泉の泉質も最高です。残念だったのは値段の割に備品の鏡の電気がつかなかったり、安物ぽかったり、ドアの建て付けが悪かったり残念でした。

다소 외진 곳에 있어 입실 후 주변 산책 및 할거리가 없긴 하나, 온천이 목적이라면 좋은 선택입니다! 작지만 개별 탕에 있고 실내외 탕으로 구별되어 있어 사용하기에도 편리합니다. 유후인의 다른 료칸들도 숙박해 보았지만 비슷한 가격대에선 온천 물이 가장 좋았고, 탕 관리도 깨끗하였습니다! 석식과 조식 또한 깔끔하고 좀 더 신경을 쓰고 있다는 생각이 들었습니다. 추후 유후인 료칸을 재 이용케 된다면 1순위로 고려할 료칸입니다.

유후인역 공중전화로 전화하니 픽업도 잘 해주셨고 전체적으로 친절하셨습니다. 주변에 편의점이 없을 것 같아 미리 들렀다 가길 잘 했고 냉장고에 무료 하이볼과 맥주가 있어 좋았습니다. 조용하고 운치있는 느낌이었습니다. 여름이고 주변에 풀이 많다 보니 가끔 벌레가 들어오기도 했는데 일행이 잡아줘서 괜찮았습니다.

全室露天風呂付き離れという珍しいタイプのお宿で、とてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。立地も比較的便宜が良く、正面に由布岳が見える閑静な場所でした。また由布院に行く機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

我們在這小温泉旅館住了兩晚，每間都是獨立小屋。屋內有戶外、戶內溫泉各一。雖然沒有景觀可言，但私隱度高。房間清潔、寬敞。早餐食物品質好只是量比較少。唯一缺點是沒有清楚標示，就是有GPS也不好找。但總體是非常滿意。

飯店離車站有段距離，而且是上坡路，建議乘坐計程車前往。空間大小中等，房內有兩個溫泉。飯店有給女士提供不同花式的浴衣。接待人員英語不錯，很容易溝通。早餐很豐富。除了房間裏的溫泉另外也有大浴場。飯店的正門就是由布岳，而且後園也有種一些櫻花，讓人很放鬆，雖然交通不是很方便，但整體住宿感覺十分良好。 回程時也可叫飯店幫忙載到車站。

가격에 비해서는 못한 숙소였네요. 직원분들이 안친절하다기보다 충분히 친절할만큼의 시간이 없는 것 같네요. 직원이 료칸치고 너무 적습니다. 남자분 한분 여자분 한분이 전부인듯? 전날 거의 같은 가격(심지어 여기가 5만원 더 비쌌는데 크폰써서 같아짐) 다른 숙소 머물다 간건데 그쪽엔 식사할때 설명도 하나하나 다 해주고 먹는 속도 맞춰서 서빙해주고 물잔 빌새가 없었고 문 하나 내손으로 안 열었어요. 가이세키 맛도 솔직히 좋은 점수 주기 어렵고 하나 나오는데 15-20분 걸려서 2시간을 식사하게 하더라구요. 원래 천천히 나오는 건 아는데 식사하는 사람 속도 맞춰 서빙하는 음식인줄 알았는데 맛도 그렇고 너무 아쉽더라구요. 고즈넉하고 조용하고 30만원대로 예약한다면 큰 불만 없었을텐데 가격이 너무 높았네요. 다시 간다면 가진 않을 것 같아요. 오십만원짜리 료칸 서비스는 아니었던 것 같습니다.

카제노모리 추천합니다~

료칸 숙박은 처음이었는데 매우 만족했습니다^^ 방에 실내탕과 노천탕 둘 다 있어서 가족끼리 이용하기 좋았으며 석식(가이세키)과 조식 모두 훌륭했습니다. 또한 부부인듯 한 직원 분들 또한 친절했고 간단한 영어도 가능하여 일본어를 못해도 의사소통에는 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 온천의 수질도 꽤 좋았습니다. 픽업 서비스도 만족스러웠으며 재방문 하고 싶은 곳 입니다^^ 다만 가격대가 다른 유후인의 료칸에 비해서 높지만 그만큼의 가치를 한다고 봅니다.
