My stay was amazing the staff couldn’t be any more helpful totally professional.. The room on both occasions immaculate.. The hotel is central for exploring. If I have one tiny negative it is the slow service in the rooftop bar definitely understaffed on occasions.. Overall fantastic stay, lovely staff.

Comfortable stay.

Very posh, new, and clean hotel with good amenities (indoor pool and gym). Also, very close to public transport to go to Seoul (Gangnam area). Many shops and a large department store are also nearby.

We stayed at this hotel during a family wedding event and had such a good experience that we ended up canceling our other reservations to return here for the rest of the trip. We’re already planning to come back next year! The service was excellent throughout our stay—professional, friendly, and attentive, just as expected. We dined at the hotel restaurant a couple of times out of convenience, especially when we were too tired to go out. While the food was decent, it was on the pricey side and not particularly memorable. As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I was thrilled to find so many amazing cafés within walking distance. The area around the hotel is full of excellent restaurants too—some real gems that we can’t wait to revisit with family next year. My son mentioned that the pool was quite crowded and noisy during the day with lots of young children, so he preferred going later in the evening when it was quieter. I also really appreciated the hotel’s self-service laundry room, which is such a useful amenity during longer stays. However, during our third stay, we noticed that two dryers and one washer were out of order, which made doing laundry a bit tricky. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we felt well taken care of and look forward to staying here again soon.

Pretty nice hotel. The best part was their breakfast buffet. I also tried their dinner once, it was pretty good. It’s in a nice location as well, I’ll definitely stay here again.

It was close to the subway and shopping area but you must lnow that they dont have food from 9 pm until 6:30 pm. People with jet leg may suffer the night form the hunger. :) Most of the staff was fine but some has attitude that doesn't try to understand the travler.
