"Very nice and clean hotel. The room is small but has everything I need. The entrance is easy to find and ADA accessible. The only thing I am picky about is the location: it is a bit far away from the subway station, BUT it is very close to the bus stop. I think my stay here definitely worth it."

"This hotel and staff were AMAZING! The rooms were spacious and services were great. I wish there were more shuttles from Disney Sea and Disneyland - its really hard to have enough time to enjoy the parks when you have to leave before closing. Also the shuttle bus locations were far and it was hard to find and then you have to walk a long ways to get to the station or taxi stand to get back to the hotel. Also room service is not open for very long - it would be nice to have room service...

"The property was in a great location next to Osaka station making travelling around really easy. The room was slightly on the small side but typical for Japanese cities I’ve found. "This was a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the main Osaka train station, about a 5 min walk. Lots of dining options. This is a strange thing, but they had lots of hooks in the room and bathroom. I’ve been to many hotels w/o hooks, and there’s nowhere to hang things!! I would recommend this hotel"

"The hotel is close to the train station which is a huge plus especially when traveling with children. For those who want to shop for souvenirs, Don quijote is just a few blocks away. There are two convenient stores across the hotel which is great for late night snacks. I love that they have a complimentary bus to get to disneyland. I would stay again in this hotel when I visit Tokyo!"

APA Hotel & Resort Nishishinjuku Gochome Eki Tower

"Upon check in, I noticed that none of the front desk staff smiled at all . They were so cold & didn't really make you feel welcome. The same thing happened when I returned to check back after a trip out of town. Sad to say but they need more training especially since they are in the hospitality business. The room is small but has an efficient layout out & space has been maximized. Beds are higher so you can store your luggages underneath. Well stocked bathroom amenities. Lawson & family mart across the hotel. Overall a nice hotel. "
