very convenient as it is across from Shinagawa Station which s very accessible wherever you want to go - within Tokyo and wherever the Shinkansen trains go.. the hotel had lots of places for dining ; has an adjacent 24/7 seven-11; really convenient .. wish we could have stayed longer I would highly recommend this hotel to all tourists❤️

Always enjoy staying here at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Convenient to the Shinagawa Station. Great staff and restaurant and food court. The modular bathrooms are our dated and need renovations I wish there were Club level rooms like at the Granvia Hotels or at Keio Plaza Hotel.

We liked the Annex Tower and city view room, daily serviced. And the staff were excellent, very accommodating and customer focused. We will stay here again. The only let down was the dryer in laundry, heat setting not strong to dry a few garments even in 80 mins. You have the best brand dryers, program them to operate efficiently please for customer convenience. Many Thanks

This hotel is conveniently located closed to the JR station, attached to a mall with lots of amenities. However, the building itself is quite dated. The rooms and beds are small (we stayed at three different hotel in Japan this trip and this room is definitely the smallest). The tiles and grout in the bathroom can use some bleaching and updating. They have a smoking room on the 3rd floor and you can smell it from the elevator. Breakfast is nice, there two restaurants to choose from, the buffet has lots of options but we had to pay 2500 yen per kid even though we paid extra to have breakfast included when booking the room.
