Spotless. Comfortable bed. Room was larger than we expected for Tokyo! About 15 min walk to Tokyo station but hotel in a quiet area. Extensive and delicious breakfast buffet was ¥1500 /person. Would stay again.

We checked in as a family of 3 and the room they had assigned us to was with a double bed for two adults and a 7 year old to share. We had to pay extra for a room to fit us in and be able to sleep. I asked to speak with the manager but the person at the front desk pretended not to understand. It left me no choice but to upgrade. When i had originally booked it was for 2 adults and a child. The rooms are very small.

Super modern property within 15 minutes walk of main Ginza centre (restaurants, bars and shopping) and 10 minutes of metro stations / Tokyo station. Hotel rooms are reasonable in size. Reception desk is super helpful. Laundry room available for travellers !

Goed hotel met fijne, centrale ligging. Ontbijt was prima. Fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger waren; met die hoge temperaturen buiten moest ik veel van mijn kleding wassen daarna. Er is een onsen en een dakterras met uitzicht op de Tokyo Sky Tree. Van harte aanbevolen!

Wonderful stay – clean, quiet, and great service! We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room and shower were spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. It was also very quiet, which made for a restful night. One unexpected highlight was the foot massage machine in the room — a real treat after a long day exploring Tokyo! The staff were excellent — very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. They assisted us with sending our suitcases to our next destination, which made our travels much easier. Breakfast was mostly Japanese-style, but there were a few Western options available, though somewhat limited. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would definitely recommend!
