The hotel certainly provided a comfortable and secure environment. It appeared that maintaining cleanliness was a top priority for the establishment. It's everything you need for a good price. It's nice to be away from the middle of Shibuya but still near it. And there's a conbini about 10 meters from the front door. Can't go wrong.

5 star location!

Amazing location, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very small in comparison to Osaka OneFive, I understand Shibuya is a different location and smaller spaces in Tokyo. I come from Canada, so being in such a small space with the whole family feels tight. Room is clean and very presentable.

Smoke filled room. Walls peeling, marked and dirty with something unknown!! Felt very uncomfortable to sleep there and wanted to leave asap. Next evening coming back to the hotel a person was in sitting in front of the hotel smoking. That same night someone down the hall was smoking in their room so we had to try and block the smoke with towels at the door. We asked for a No Smoking room and obviously we got the opposite.
