Rooms were decent and clean but beds and pillows weren’t too confortable. Staff was nice and spoke English well. Breakfast had limited menu. Area was nice, spotting some great cars and is walking distance for outside foods and transport.

Great hotel with very nice personel. Both check in check out went very smoothly. Being able to store your bag after check out was very nice if you have a late fligth. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!

It’s very clean hotel and room. Great service from all the staffs since we arrived until we checkout. It’s so convenient and quiet location. It closed to subway. The room is large for 4 os us and super clean. Staff speak very good English. It’s highly recommended and we will be back again in July. Love you all and love Tokyo so much

In a quiet area away from all the crazy city life. Was very relaxed to roam the back streets which led to the Akihabara district. Staff is super nice and friendly. Place is clean. Room was quite tight for our family of 3 but place is reasonably priced

A very clean hotel in the middle of everything

A great place to stay, located with 5 minutes walk of subway station, at least 3 Seven-eleven, pharmacy and tens of restaurants. Very clean room and bathroom, not as comfortable as a three/four star hotel but considering the price, a great bargain and bang for your buck.

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting Tokyo. The rooms are quite spacious, the hotel staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming (especially those who work at breakfast on the 2nd Floor), and the breakfast was delicious with many good options to chose from. My family and I really enjoyed our visit and we would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel!

Enjoyed the hotel. I had some confusion on how the hvac temp control worked as everything was in Japanese but the front desk managed to control it at their end. The staff are great! Loved the breakfast buffet!
