It is located in very convenient location, very close to subway station, can go directly to Narita International airport without transfer, though you have a walk up/down a little bit before boarding the Keisei line at A2. Very close to G-Six and Ginza shopping district.

Renovated property is ideally located in Ginza. Down the street from the Kabuki Theater, it is close to everything in Ginza. High end shopping, lots of good food, 10min walk to Tsukiji outer market. Higashi-Ginza Metro is 5min, main Ginza Metro another 2-3min walking. The room is standard Tokyo - Small. We had 2 twin beds and they were stacked together and barely had walking room on the end. There's no view but the AC worked fine and there's no noise with the window closed. Shower and toilet are separate, but there had to be a sliding door between beds and sink/entry. Overall if you just need to sleep, this place works well and is very clean. Staff were excellent. We had Yamato send our luggage, they also kept our luggage after we checked out. They got us our van taxi (had 7 pieces of large luggage). Overall this is a great place to stay if you are out shopping all day.
