This hotel was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. The staff were excellent, providing top-notch service and making us feel right at home. Our room was amazingly comfortable, with a stunning view of Tokyo. We especially loved the high-quality shower products provided. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to both the Shimbashi and Shiodome train stations and a variety of dining options nearby. The service was outstanding, especially when they organized a taxi to Haneda airport that accommodated our family and all our luggage seamlessly. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo!

I loved the concierge front desk. They were all very helpful in getting reservations and tickets. Truly wonderful. Breakfast brunch was decent. It had limited options.

During my stay, my room's Wi-Fi unfortunately wasn't working. The staff tried to help resolve the issue, but we were unable to get it working. Despite that, my overall experience at this hotel was excellent!

Beautiful views of the cityscape when dining and when in our room. Staff was great with any help that we needed. Great little self service laundry that was cheap to use. Beds were a hard but that wasn't a deal breaker.

2nd time staying here. Love the location because it’s very convenient in terms of transportation. Centrally located and not overly busy with tourists in the surrounding area. Very comfy beds and nice pressure in the shower. Good selection of American breakfast buffet. Would return again

Clean small rooms. Bathroom was good. Got the Shiodome vote but was meh! Breakfast was good but the same every day. Close to a major train station and one stop from Tokyo Station. Close to shopping and walkable to the old fish market.

The amenities in the room (tv and fridge) were not worth the price. I have stayed at lower/almost the same priced hotels in Tokyo with more modern TVs and colder fridges. The fridge was very weak and did not keep my food very cold. The TV has very limited channels and there was no way to watch Netflix or YouTube. My MUCH OLDER TV at home is more modern than that. The bed was fine. The view is really what made the room, it was very nice and so was the bathroom. The overall area of the hotel is mid, I think it’s inconvenient and overpriced. Mostly for business purposes though the hotel is frequented by tourists. Overall I prefer other hotels and locations in Tokyo and I would not recommend this hotel to any one unless they had business in the Ginza/Roppongi area.
