I have booked a 3 bed bedroom for my family and out of my expectation, the bedroom is quite small. There are no wardrobe for hanging clothes, the room seems like a normal 2 bed bedroom size but they put 3 beds in. The limited space and tightness made our stay quite uncomfortable actually. Also, I have no idea why the air conditioner makes such big noise, we tried all we can as to lower the temp to see if the situation of noise is better but thats no good. If you are easily woken up by noise, you have to think twice before booking this hotel.
To the plus side, the bedroom is clean. The bed is also quite comfortable. It's considered to be a newer hotel so all the amenities are in good condition. They provide a shuttle bus for drop off at Ginza and Tokyo station which is a huge help. But I do wish they can show a photo at the station as to where the exact stop is because the drop off point and the pick up point at Ginza is on the opposite road. Also, the shuttle bus finished quite early during the day, if they can extend to early evening that would be more convenient. The Onsen is definitely a bonus although its located in the mall not inside the hotel, you can access the onsen through Level 6 from the hotel elevator as it's connected. The price is 2000 yen for the entry of the onsen, which is cheaper than the normal price. But it does get very crowded during weekend, so bear in mind if you are staying during the weekend.
