The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. "部屋がたくさんあり、広さもありました。ベットが結構グラグラで寝心地は微妙。お風呂の鍵が脱衣所側にあり、子供が間違えて鍵を閉めてしまい私だけ風呂の中に閉じ込められ気づくまでの何十分を不安で過ごしました。特に風呂の扉の鍵は早めに改善してほしいです。"

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

It is easily accessible from the highway Amand is very well situated close to the mountain road leading to the amusement park, the safari and Yufuin. "
