    Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cozy vacation rental (approx. 70 m²) in the attic of our house, set on a lovingly landscaped property—right on the edge of the forest and in close proximity to the idyllic Segeberger Forest.
    Accommodation Highlights:
    - A fantastic location right on the edge of the forest—with views of the countryside and direct access to nature
    - Just a stone’s throw from the Segeberg Forest—perfect for walks, hikes, and bike rides
    - Air-conditioned attic apartment with a modern split-system air conditioner—comfortable even on hot summer days

    Our vacation rental is situated in a quiet and idyllic location on the outskirts of Bark (Bockhorn district) in Schleswig-Holstein—right on the edge of the forest and in close proximity to the Segeberg Forest. The region is perfect for long walks, bike rides, or exploring nature.

    It’s just a 10-minute drive to the county seat of Bad Segeberg, known for Lake Segeberg, its charming old-town streets, and the famous Karl May Festival at the open-air theater on the Kalkberg.

    In about 45 minutes, you can reach the Baltic Sea coast—ideal for a day trip to Scharbeutz or Haffkrug, with their fine sandy beaches and maritime charm.

    Whether you’re looking for an active vacation or relaxation in nature—you’ll find both right nearby.

Die Ferienwohnung von Patrick ist groß, hell und sauber. Die Kommunikation vor Anreise und während des Aufenthalts lief reibungslos. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, weit genug weg von der Hauptstraße. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Inrichting is modern en licht. Goede apparatuur. Lekkere bedden. Prachtige foto's aan de wanden. Warm welkom door de host vergezeld van lekkere drankjes.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist super und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Ich kommen gerne wieder und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Der einzige kleine negative Punkt ist die sehr enge Einfahrt Stellplatz, aber mit etwas rangieren klappt auch das.

2 meiner Mitarbeiter waren bei Patrick untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist technisch auf dem neusten Stand, überzeugt durch die hervorragende Lage im Grünen und die komfortable Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war unkompliziert und sehr nett.Sollten wir wieder in Bad Segeberg sein, ist Patricks Wohnung unsere erste Wahl. (der Handyempfang ist eher dürftig, aber dafür ist der Internetempfang über Patricks WLAN einwandfrei)

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung, war bereits zum zweiten Mal mit meiner Partnerin dort. Sehr gute Anbindung nach Bad Bramstedt, Kaltenkirchen, Bad Segeberg Neumünster und Hamburg. Für Tier Liebhaber ist in unmittelbarer Nähe 5min Autofahrt der Wildpark Eekholt. Auch nah sind die Karl May Spiele in Segeberg. Zum shoppen laden sowohl das outlet in Neumünster oder der dodenhof in Kaltenkirchen ein. Bei Fragen ist der unheimlich sympathische Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und freut sich über Verbesserungsvorschläge in der Wohnung. So wurden Dinge die wir im Sommer angesprochen haben zu unserer Freude umgesetzt. Alles im allenGroße Wohnungsauber und gepflegtgroßartiger Vermieterruhige Lage
