"I absolutely loved the cleanliness of this property , the cabin we stayed had a beautiful view , the hostess was really helpful and made us feel at home , will be booking again before summers end for sure ! With more time to explore the local restaurants our children love garner state parks its only 8 to 9 miles away from this location ."

"The cabin is not large - basically one room - and perfect for one or two people (or in my case one person and a dog). It’s attractive, cozy, and comfortable, with easy and private access to the Frio River. The cabin is well supplied with things like towels, blankets, coffee, and they even had large ice molds which I love for making a cocktail at the end of the day. The AC works well, there’s a smart TV, and water pressure in the shower is great. I met Christy when I arrived and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. I brought my dog with me for a long weekend to celebrate her recovery from cancer surgery and chemo, and the cabin was the perfect place for us to stay and relax."

"great property and river was close by. My son did some fishing and some rope swinging. Love that I didnt have to pack so much since the kitchen had all supplies and linens were on beds and they did have towels to use. Nice for a quick trip. We will be back."
