Schmidt's Creek Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I truly enjoyed this place. Jessica and Becky up front were amazing. Friendly and great service. My room was clean and nice. Comfy bed and great hot water shower. A microwave would have been great but there was only a fridge. I Only had one big complaint which I did address with the manager and that was the consistent door slamming of the housekeepers. It would go on all morning very loud and hard, shaking the room. It was very disruptive and inconsiderate. They also needed a new luggage cart desperately. There was only one and it was tiny, held together with duct tape and the wheels barely rolled. Management was concerned and wrote down my complaints that they were going to address. Overall, I still liked this place very much and I will go back. Hopefully it'll be quieter next time."

"Our entire was better than expected, they were fantastic even before we walked in the door. The door man was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The desk staff were just absolutely amazing and friendly. Our room was great, but next time we want a room on the lake side 😉. The hot tub was probably one of the best I have ever been in, the size and the jets just really made my day. You run out of time before you run out of things to do. It was a wonderful experience."
