「Great location for where we needed to be. 5 minute walk to the rink. 3 floor walk up may be a challenge. Food and excellent restaurants close by. Knead to eat , best breakfast place! Tailor and Bakercwas a great choice for dinner. Nina’s pizza was out of this world great!! We used on street parking the entire weekend. Thank you to our host!」

「The house was updated and very clean. We were in town for a hockey tournament and it was very convenient and close to the rinks. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. The large closets upstairs were great for storing hockey bags and equipment. We did not need anything during our stay but when I messaged the host prior to check out, he responded within minutes. I would definitely stay again if hockey brought us back to Utica and tell other hockey families. 」

「The pictures of this house do not do it justice! The open-plan kitchen-dining room-drawing room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The kitchen is very spacious, and the appliances are so exceptionally well kept, they appear brand new. Most are, as I understand that the house is only being rented for just over a year. 「What a great house! We needed a spot in between Buffalo, NY and Worcester, MA to get together and this was perfect. Great space for gathering together with plenty of sleeping options for 8 people. Clean and open. I only didn't give it 5 stars because the beautiful house seemed a bit out of place with the neighborhood but honestly, it was perfect for us for a winter get together. No issues at all and host was responsive. 」
