They keep you updated and answer any and all questions you have via Whatsapp. They are also extremely quick to address and fix any issues - in our case we weren't sure the coffee machine was working and they sent someone that same morning to check. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious. It was well-stocked with lovely cutlery, dinnerwear, laundry and dish soap, and all toiletries you would ever need. “This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.”

“The apartment is old and lack of maintenance. Everywhere was dusty where we got in. Water ran out of the bath tub after a shower. The mattresses are all very soft due to long time use and must be replaced. We didn't see or hear from any staff during our four days stay. The only good thing is the convenient location which is the only reason they can charge that much!!”

The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!”
