"El no informar bien lo que incluye la estancia. Primero te dicen solo incluye desayuno ligero, y las bebidas que vayas a tomar se cargan a la cuenta, y estando ahí la realidad es otra, se canceló la estancia desde el primer día. El familiar que iba a hospedarse ahí quedó muy decepcionados."

"Cuando voy a barra de Navidad elijo este hotel, es cómodo, bonito , limpio, no es caro, tiene todos los servicios, ofrece alimentos y bebidas y tiene muelle para poder ir en water taxi al malecón sin necesidad de usar tu auto. Voy mínimo 1 vez al año y siempre es un gusto, sin duda volveré"

"Always looking for pet friendly places and this fulfill our expectations because is relaxing place to walk around my dogs no problem. The swimming pools are different but our kids enjoy the afternoon in there."

"Excellent location to Ocean and the town of Barra and all of its immenities. Bars, restaurants, the Market and the Malecon. Roof top pool was great, could use more patio furniture and a communal BarBQ."
