"We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, in a very rural location but not too far from a town with supermarket. The property owners/hosts were a very nice couple who visited us each day to see that everything was okay, provide treats/reading material and a chance to practice our poor French. Un lave vaisselle H S déposé dans un coin de la cuisine, moquette du séjour tachée, déchirée, poussiéreuse, couverts en nombre insuffisant, disparates,( la maison est prévue pour 8 personnes ? ) ménage indigne par rapport au coût demandé 90 euros ? éclairage extérieur ne fonctionnant pas, aucun présent d'accueil,( une boîte de pastilles Vichy n'est pas onéreuse)...

"Nice staff. Great location - very walkable. We needed staff help to turn on the fridge, it would have been good if it was cold on arrival. Our room was above the loading bay - it was extremely noisy early in the morning."

"Great hotel in a quiet location not far from the city centre 15mins walk. Just by the river nice walks and restaurants and guingettes around. Supermarket walking distance too. No Aircon though this is probably the only thing that was a negative for us as it was 35c outside. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good parking although spaces are a little tight. Overall great stay would recommend if visiting Vichy"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arverna! We arrived very late after traveling to Vichy for the Tour de France, with a large group, three rooms, and what felt like an endless amount of luggage. The manager could not have been more patient, kind, and accommodating throughout our arrival. They made a potentially stressful check-in so easy and welcoming. Although it was a quick stay, everything was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re ever back in Vichy. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
