This is a brand new apartment and building. The apartment is fully furnished, air conditioned 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, a living room with a flat screen TV with cable channels, netflix, and a sofa bed. Another flat screen tv in the bedroom as well. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. This property has a balcony with a gorgeous view overseeing the city.

The place was a few blocks from a shopping center and across the street from a supermarket. The host was very friendly and went out her way to accommodate and recommend places to shop and taxi services to use. The building staff was aslo very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe for the most part in the neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here

I thought this would be a better stay !
From the beginning I sensed this would not be such a great place , since the owner had no profile pic and I had an issue requesting who this person was. This property has no hot water and toilet was clogged and I was charged for it ! Beware for anyone else who gets these overcharges !
