Problemas na reserva do quarto pelo hoteis.com, reservei o quarto com uma cama de casal, me deram duas de solteiro, mas que foi rapidamente resolvido pelo hotel. Infelizmente, o box do chuveiro vazava água para o banheiro e o Wi-fi do hotel é PÉSSIMO, não conseguia assistir um vídeo sequer

Bom custo benefício

De modo geral é um bom hotel. Quarto amplo e limpo. Tem um grande armário, ajudando na organização. Cama confortável, e uma boa varanda. Ar condicionado limpo, e tomadas acessíveis, próximas da cama. Café bem servido, muito farto. O hotel tem produtos de higiene e alguns petiscos a venda. Pontos de melhoria: - Frigobar vazio, inclusive de água, sede de madrugada não tem remédio. - A mesa de trabalho é muito alta, e o frigobar toma espaço da cadeira, tornando a mesa inútil, desconfortável. Além de não ter tomada próximo da mesa. - Ar condicionado é direcionado para a cama e não há cobertores mais grossos, o que torna a experiência ruim: ou calor, ou vento gelado direto a noite inteira. - Solicitei conserto da maçaneta do banheiro duas vezes e não foi resolvido. A maçaneta estava solta, ao puxar, ela cai. - O cheiro da cozinha chega nos quartos logo que o café da manhã começa a ser preparado. - Acústica muito ruim, qualquer movimentação no andar avança para o quarto. - Corta Luz da porta da varanda não é eficiente. Considero pontos de fácil resolução. O custo beneficio é excelente, e eu voltaria a usar o hotel.

Terrível.

Horrível. Fiquei uma diária e procurei outro hotel para continuar os dias na cidade, pois estava a trabalho. Detestei a política do hotel, os funcionários muito simpáticos, mas a política que hotel tem com os hóspedes é triste.

Hotel novo em excelentes condições e limpo contudo não tem elevador e nenhum funcionario ajuda com as malas. os controles do ar e da TV ficam na recepção e não no quarto. te entregam na chegada. Achei arcaico isso. Chuveiro ruim a agua nao esquentava. Cafe simples mas bem gostoso.
