“The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. “I booked a room showing with “City View”. However it is found out that the windows look towards walls of its hotels building, which is completely no view at all and differed from its advertisement. I asked for taxi pick-up a few days before through email from AEP airport but received no reply. I asked again during first day of stay but taxi didn’t show up and I have to call Uber myself at 2:00 a.m. The experience is very bad for me, even if I got a pleasant stay for the first day.”

“The unit had multiple issues and the property manager neglected to correct the issues in hand. 1. The toilet was broken when we arrived. We notified him immediately. 2. The shower had no pressure when we areived. 3. In the morning the shower had no water coming out. Not able to shower or use the toilet. Contactes the manager incharge of the reservation He does not reply to the messages and in the morning I try to get a hold of him and he blocked my number. I found him at his office located on……

“Primero lo bueno: Excelente ubicacíon en Recoleta con todo cerca. El apartamento lo entregaron limpio. Lo negativo: pequeño estudio sin armario o guardaropas. Vive de mi maleta por 8 dias. Dejaron 2 toallas y un rollo de papel hygienico para 8 noches, lo cual encontre bastante triste. Y de último, no fueron muy comunicativos por Whatsapp. Mensages ignorados/preguntas sin respuestas. Por el precio, no es terrible.”

“Clean, large room, with a balcony. Great staff and breakfast. Walking distance to Ricoleta cemetery and parks, shopping and restaurants, small grocery stores and tourist bus. There was a pool on the rooftop but we did not use it. Great value property. ”

I spent several hours trying to obtain the access codes, sending messages that received replies only after long delays, sometimes hours, and with phone numbers that did not work.
