"Clean and friendly"

"The unit we stayed in needs a lot of updating. The size of the room was adequate, and the location of the property is excellent! The staff was very accommodating whenever we needed something. The toaster was ancient and did not work, but they replaced it promptly. There was no iron in the unit and they delivered one promptly. They also allowed us a late check out (12 noon instead of 11am). The pool area is very small and with limited sun exposure. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience...

"Great place. Everything was fantastic "

"Amazing location in the heart of Recoleta. The apartments are modern and have all amenities. Very comfortable bed. They have Nespresso coffee machines in the unit but no coffee available, we had to buy our own. Very easy checking n and out"

"Good experience"

"There was rubbish under the bed. Very low quality linen. Communication was terrible, we were lucky that someone was leaving the building and was able to call the girl that checked us in. They reimbursed the payment made by credit card without previous notice, and required me to make a transfer at the time of the checkout."

"We picked this hotel based on the previous reviews, however we got a very bad second floor room, with a tiny tiny bathroom that literally you have to put your legs inside the tub if you want to use the toilet... the rest of the room was not clean as expected and overall was not a good experience.
