"Staff was so mean. I hadn't taken my medicine. It was just me and my 3 year old. I was not aware of the over the top $200 deposit required. They had already took the payment of the room rate but was not allowed to check in without the $200 deposit. I was not given a refund or a room. I was .74 cents short of the $200.00 deposit Not only did I not have a room I was unable to receive a refund. Customer Service was horrible. Me and my baby were stuck in the heat of Barstow for 4 hours."

"the room was clean and staff was great. Breakfast he cooked you eggs if you wanted them and he made your waffle if you wanted them. He wanted to make sure you didn't make a miss. Really nice and clean place."

"The bed was slightly uncomfortable but i do suffer from back problems. The manager was very helpful eith modifications to my schedule. I didn't get to try the pool but it did look clean. The place is conviently located to,fast foods,gas stations and fwys. I would recommend it snd also return. "

"This was a convenience, stopping through place. The room was cleaned. The staff was friendly. We loved the sliding back door our room had on the first floor in the back, which made it easy to bring our luggage through from the car and also made it very pet friendly!"
