We stayed for 5 nights with husband, mother-in-law, and two young kids for a spring ski vacation. The property is conveniently located right around the corner from Attitash and close to Wildcat. The living room is comfortably furnished with a nice couch and TV, and a good sized dining table that could accommodate a large family. It worked well for a party of 5, but would be crowded to have many more than that (the bunk room is very tight).
That sad, the condo is in need of some upgrades and could be better outfitted. The kitchen was lacking a lot of basic things. There was one small knife suitable for chopping veggies, etc - and the blade was extremely bent and hard to use. The one serrated knife was completely broken. The refrigerator light was out, no salad or bread plates, no small bowls (only large dinner plates and large bowls). We brought our own coffee beans, not realizing that the only coffee maker was a Keurig and we were only left a few pods for the whole trip - so had to go buy some more. The master bathroom upstairs has a large window in front of the toilet that faces out on a shared lawn for the other condos and there was no shade or curtain!!! (granted, no one was really around - but even still). The master bedroom had a king sized bed, which we appreciated - but it was uncomfortable. if one of us turned over in bed, it was extremely loud and the entire bed shook....
That said - it was a good home base for our trip and reasonably priced in comparison to other properties.
