The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds. We unpacked nothing and slept fully clothed because it was late and we had no choice. I promise you they just made the beds back up without washing bedding, towels or cleaning a single thing and marked it ready for the next guest. This place is not fit for human use. It should not be cleaned, It should be burned down."
