Baseline hotels in Little Rock

"Room was very clean. Staff very friendly, but this is the second time I stayed here in two years. The gyms was still under reconstruction and the carpet on the hallways still with stains. The hallway walls and doors appear to be dirty. Perhaps a coat of paint may help. I am not sure I want to stay here again. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the historic charm. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that was not top notch to me, was the valet service. It was slow at times, however the valet staff were nice and friendly. Coffee was good, facilities are nice. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Little Rock."

"Parking was great. Staff was friendly. Room had ants real bad and the room was stuffy and kinda warm. Toilet flushed slow and clogged after I pee'd. The beds were supposed to be queen but were smaller. Was not too impressed and not to mention the room was supposed to be around $123 after taxes, however i ended up paying $175..... Wasn't a horrible experience but i will not stay there again."

"The rooms were great, the meeting spaces were perfect for our large group and the restaurant was outstanding. Try the crab cakes (yes I know, crab in Arkansas, just trust me)."

"Bar area staff is very impatient refused to take order after I stand in line before 10 to order Togo dinner for my sick father. Technically difficulty on room service order before 10pm. Breakfast had none pork meat available"

"I had a very horrible experience at first. I had paid for the expensive room for the apartment experience. When I stopped in to retrieve my room keys for my children myself the kind gentleman Stanley states the elevator is out and it's 6th floor. He said it was the only floor with this Floorplan. For what we paid we decided to give it a shot. After walking up 4 floors on the wrong side, we finally trudged to the 6th floor to a tiny cramped room I could barely turn around in. I almost cried, I got lost on my way to the front desk. It was after prom and we were tired and carrying our food in hand. The guy at the counter let me know the online websites sell rooms that are not available sometimes. But with that being false advertising and not very good for business. Mr. Stanley did the right thing and provided me and my family an amazing room. Quiet, beautiful huge breakfast upon waking, and so kind!! Clean and I would highly recommend stopping in the restaurant for brunch and and a Blue Moon!! They are remodeling and the elevator was out. I am still impressed! -Blue Moon Media!"
