「Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend 」

「The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so...

「Kleines Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen im Innenhof, Zimmer einfach eingerichtet, etwas veraltete Badmöbel und sehr kleines Bad, Zimmer leise, Frühstück sehr einfach. Es fehlt eine Schild, das auf die Rezeption oder ähnliches hinweist, bei der Übernachtungssteuer war sich die Besitzerin auch nicht sicher, sollte das bezahlen, was auf Expedia steht.. Man darf nicht gegen Katzen allergisch sein, die 3-4x laufen oder liegen im Hotel so rum」

「Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter über das Zimmer (neu Renoviert)war alles Top über die komplette Woche die wir da waren. Das Frühstück war gut und denke das jeder etwas für sich findet. Auch im Spa Bereich waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was das Abendessen angeht kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen,wir waren 1 mal und hatten das Buffet was nichts Weltbewegendes war aber völlig OK. Würde zu jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder Besuchen...

「Very nice stay. We always stay here whenever we visit Cheb. The hotel has a very nice indoor pool rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the parking offered so you don’t have to park on the street. A very good place to spend time with.」

「Es war ganz okay. Möbel älter, Service gut. Sauna geschlossen. Pool etwas zu kühl.」

「Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons.」
