“The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly ”

“Reconozco que dudé al reservar en el Chocohotel por pensar que era una "tourist trap". Todo lo contrario. La temática de chocolate es genial. TODO tiene que ver con el chocolate, sin ser incómodo. Excelente atención del personal, habitación limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno el la Isola dei Golosi es una pasada de chocolate: jarabes, panes, cereales, fuentes, galletas... el concepto de "demasiado" chocolate, no existe.”

“Although not for everyone, our room was on the 5th floor ( no elevator) but we had a small balcony at rooftop level that I enjoyed sitting out on and watching the swifts and soaring around. The location was excellent for walking everywhere”

“El hotel tiene parqueo gratis incluido en la reserva. El parqueo puede ser limitado y hay dos tipos de parqueo: marcados en amarillo y marcados en azul. Los amarillos son del hotel y los azules son de la ciudad. No hay ningún rótulo que establezca que son parqueos de pago ni hay una máquina visible en la zona. La multa será segura ya que la infraestructura está diseñada para eso. En caso de necesidad, la máquina de pago está en otro bloque de estacionamientos (no visible desde el hotel) frente a……

“the hotel is great with staff good in English. room is clean, quiet n comfortable. one has to compromise these with the distance from centre (1/2h walk n bus is not frequent).”

“The distance to the centre is not accurate comparing the website. If you hire a car , it can b3 a short distance to the centre however by walk it’s a good 25/30 min up hills with steps. Exiting the hotel there are lots of steps and in few min you get buses A/B/C to station and close to centre.Breakfast is basic and shower is tiny but equal on the price I paid. I would recommend if you bite a car”
