「Very clean room. In old bank building. You take multiple elevators to get to your room which is funky but fun. Staff at desk is fabulous. Breakfast was best we had in Italy 」

「Lobby and restaurant are luxury and swimming pool is gorgeous, we really love the facilities. Our room has a independent cloakroom but bedroom and bathroom are a little small, I'd rather to have more space of them without a cloakroom....And there is a terrace with 180 degree view, amazing! Overall, it's a luxury hotel with excellent service that you can have a relax stay.」

「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」

We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. 「Escolhi o ChocoHotel porque queria conhecer o café da manhã chamado "Isola dei Golosi". Foi além das minhas expectativas, eram tantas as opções maravilhosas que foi difícil decidir quais experimentar! A equipe muito gentil e atenciosa, inclusive me ajudaram a tirar várias fotos. E a cereja do bolo foi ter ganhado um "Attestato di Golosità", junto com um sacchetto de guloseimas. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.」

「Very good hotel - restaurant provides good cuisine at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet outstanding quality. Only ‘complaint’ was lack of walk in shower. Bath with hand held shower difficult to navigate as panels too high and no grab rail. However pluses far outweigh the negatives. 「This was a terrific Country Inn with a beautiful garden area, pool and veranda overlooking the beautiful Italian countryside. We didn't know that their restaurant closed Sept. 14 for the season but we enjoyed dinners in the nearby city of Perugia.」
