Located in a very good spot and nicely decorated. That said, be aware that this is somewhere between a hotel and aparthotel and is unstaffed with very basic amenities.

Very conveniently located. Easy walk to the mini metro, which takes you to the main station. And a short (uphill) walk into the centre. Not staffed, but very responsive to texts. No issues with arrival and check-in. Looks like a hotel, operates more like an Airbnb. Lovely comfortable suite with fridge and free refreshments. Rooms are only cleaned if you stay 4 nights or longer. You can request for your room to be cleaned, however there will be an additional cost.

Times Suite was conveniently located near the Pincetto Minimetro and at the bottom steps leading to the old town centre. The accommodation was spacious and perfectly adequate for our 4 night stay. A big comfortable bed and excellent air-conditioning which was needed in the heatwave. The bathroom was unusual and very well equipped. A couple of things missing from our room such as glasses (for water etc) but a quick WhatsApp message to the hosts was quickly responded to and dealt with. Highly recommended.

Excellent

This hotel was amazing! The room was very clean and the service was good, everyone so nice and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The breakfast was very good and the service was amazing. The hotel is located in the city center of Perugia so it was easy to get to the places in the city. The location was perfect. We liked a lot our room and slept very well in this hotel.

I loved this property overall. It was very clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. However, there are a few things I think future guests should be aware of. I was there for a wedding and needed an iron or steamer to prepare my clothes. When I asked for one, I was told that because it was a guest house, they didn’t provide this service and that I could go a few stores down and buy one. I ended up buying a steamer that I will probably never use again. In my opinion, the property should consider having a few irons or steamers available for guests to borrow. A clean room and clean property are very important, but hospitality is also about helping guests with basic needs, especially when they are visiting a foreign country and may not be familiar with the area. Also, there is no elevator, which can be difficult if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Parking is another issue, it is very difficult and inconvenient, so guests arriving by car should be prepared for that. Overall, I liked the property and appreciated how clean it was, but improving these small conveniences would make the guest experience much better.

Looked amazing on the photos but not as nice in reality, check in was a bit of a pain having to call and wait for staff to turn up from a different hotel. Room was new but lots of corners cut. Breakfast was great and barman and staff at breakfast were really nice,

Modern and clean hotel but no service

We visited this hotel last year and it was perfect, we were satisfied. This year there was no breakfast but the room price was 50€ more. The hotel is on a nice place, it’s very modern and clean but unfortunately, there’s no service. Even for cleaning the room or change towels there will be an extra cost. The price is a bit too high respect to the service.

Hotel super bem localizado.

We stayed at the Times Suites & Bar for 2 nights in the Luxury Studio Suite. The room was lovely; clean, spacious, with a fridge and 2 televisions. The area is very convenient with great access to city centre. Communication with the staff was very good, quick to respond and good check-in. My one complaint was that no staff were actually on site. We were told if we needed anything to just whatsapp them. We did so, asking for wine glasses (as there were none in the room, only paper glasses) and we were told we could only get them the following afternoon because there was no staff on site. In addition, although there is a bar on site, it was locked the whole time we were there. Overall a nice stay, but I think it's important for travellers to understand how things work.
