Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Perugia’s Old Town

We were a family of 5 that traveled to visit our daughter who studying in Perugia. Nicola’s apartment is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, museums, sites and the mini metro. The apartment had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy a morning coffee and a large room with which to spend time with family and friends. Nicola is an amazing and responsive host!

Perfect location

The apartment is in the center of the centro storico of Perugia. It is a large apartment with all the necessities including a full kitchen and large dining area. The host Nicola was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is on the top floor of an old palazzo that has been renovated. The only drawback is that there isn’t an elevator. This wasn’t a problem for me as the location is so central that a few steps seemed worth it

Wonderful home in center of town

Nicola was a wonderful host and was very helpful. His Home very spacious that included at least two bedrooms. The condo was on the very top of the floor building so if you have a lot of luggage you must climb the stairs. Overall, excellent rating

Wonderful rental

The apartment was in a great location for exploring the old town. We took the Mini Metro up from the parking area Nicola recommended and then just a short walk to the rental. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. Nicola was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect in Perugia

Nicola’s apartment in Perugia is the perfect location for your Umbria vacation. We spent 5 nights in the apartment. The location is terrific … nearby all sites in Perugia. The apartment was 100% clean and exactly as pictured. Nicola is responsive, professional, and lovely. We highly recommend this apartment to explore Perugia as well as to use as a base for day trips to Assisi, Siena, Florence.

Old Town Perugia

Our family of 6 with kids ranging from age 11-23 stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week and it was located in the perfect spot right in the center of Old Town Perugia. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-maintained. One must be able to walk up the few flights of stairs to get to it, but our family was able to explore the area on foot including shops and restaurants all while having easy access to the space. The owner was gracious, responsive and helpful with all of our questions prior and during our stay as well.
