"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "The property was centrally located and in the old part of the city. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the tourist walking areas. There are lots of stairs in this part of the city and they can be slippery, so wear good footwear. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and delicious. Highly recommend!"
