Site enchanteur avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer

Mira est très gentille et pleine de petites attentions. Poissons et charcuteries ont été un véritable festin. Sa villa se trouve dans un site enchanteur.

Hoch über dem Meer

Das Haus liegt in Hanglage oberhalb von Baška Voda. Mit dem Auto kommt man ganz bequem hin - ein Spaziergang ans Meer ist aber nur was für Sportliche. Diese Lage macht auch das Besondere aus: man hat einen unverstellten Blick aufs Meer an dem man sich nicht satt sehen kann. Im Infinity Pool mit Glas in Hand fragt man sich warum man nicht immer da lebt. Man fühlt sich sehr privat. Verkehr im Ort fast nicht vorhanden. Die Lage auch super für Ausflüge. Das Haus besteht aus 3 Etagen: 0) Erdgeschoss-Wohnung mit extra Eingang 1) das erste Geschoss wird nicht bewohnt und nicht vermietet 2) im 2. Geschoss liegt die große Wohnung mit Zugang über eine Außentreppe. Man mietet alles zusammen. Die untere, kleine Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Bad ist recht klein und nicht so neuwertig wie die Bilder vielleicht suggerieren. Die obere Wohnung ist großzügig und neuwertig mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 großen, neuen Bädern wie auf den Bildern. Hinweis: Person 7 schläft auf der Couch, die in der Küche der unteren Wohnung steht. Und die Küche ist gleichzeitig auch Eingangsbereich. Gerade wenn dort das Kind schlafen soll ist es nicht ideal. Das gesamt Haus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und in super Zustand. Jeden Tag wurde Pool und Garten gereinigt. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, ein paar mehr Teller würden nicht schaden. Abends kann es schon mal frisch und windig werden, also eine Kuscheldecke einpacken. Wir können das Haus wärmstes empfehlen. Bucht das!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem tramhaften Ferienhaus. Für sechs Personen ist das Haus mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage ist abseits vom Trubel in den Bergen. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Gebirge,vor dem Haus guckt man links in einen Wald und vom InfiniyPool direkt auf das Meer. Der Pool ist schön gross und ca. 1.40 tief.Man kann gemütlich auf der Terrasse frühstücken oder auch grillen (Grill vorhanden) und den Blick und das Vogelgezwitscher geniessen.Frau Josepovic, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie hat uns öfter mal mit Fleisch zum Grillen versorgt oder morgens zwei Flaschen Wein auf den Tisch gestellt. DAs Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was im täglichen Leben benötigt wird.Auch wenn mann früh anreist, ist Frau Josepovic sofort zur Stelle. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto um einkaufen zu fahren oder in einen Ort zum Bummeln. Alles erreicht man mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten. Wir können alle, auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder, dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Im übrigen kann man in den Konobas in den Bergen gut essen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wer Trubel möchte, fährt einfach in 15 Min. nach Markarska.Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank noch einmal zu Ihrem Beitrag zu einem wunderschönen Urlaub. Familie Kramm

zwischen Bergen und Meer

wir haben eine tolle Woche Ende Mai in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Dame des Hauses füllt den Kühlschrank vor dem Eintreffen mit leckeren kroatischen Spezialitäten und Getränken für den ersten Abend. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und der kleine Garten neben dem Haus ist ein toller Blickfang. Besonders der Pool hat es uns angetan. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt!! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

Zu diesem Objekt können wir nichts negatives sagen. Das Ferienhaus sieht genauso aus wie dargestellt. Einfach nur wow. Wir waren beinduckt von der Ausstattung, der Lage und auch der traumhaften Terrasse mit tollem Pool und wunserschöner Aussicht. Die Vermieterin hat uns schon vor Ankunft den Kühlschrank gefüllt mit leckeren Dingen und auch Getränken. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen an einer Dorfstraße. Ganz idyllisch und ruhig. Man benötigt definitv ein Auto. Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 10 Min. Allerdings haben wir die himmlische Ruhe und die traumhafte Aussicht am Pool bevorzugt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. O-Ton unserer erwachsenen Kinder: Das war bisher unser schönster Urlaub.

Fabulous Villa!

What a lovely place-set in a rural village with spectacular mountain and sea views and a wonderful relaxing outdoor space including infinity pool and gorgeous well tended flower garden with grapes fresh from the vine! Its a clean,modern stylish home clearly loved by the owners and they are what set this Villa apart from the rest. What lovely hosts- they greeted us warmly and are clearly very proud of their home. They welcomed us with a huge plate of ham,cheese tomatoes and fresh bread, fruit and a fridge stocked with beer, ,juice,coke wine and water!! What a lovely gesture. We enjoyed our stay immensely and happily recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing stay. Hire car is required if you want to explore or visit supermarkets.

Das Objekt hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Wir wurden mit einer Käse und Wurstplatte begrüßt. Trinken und Obst waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Herr Sergio hat für uns gegrillt an einem Abend. War hervorragend.

Wonderful villa in the mountains.

This villa was everything we hoped for. The infinity poo. And grounds were amazing and the upper level was beautiful. The basement was very convenient when spending time at the pool. The host was very considerate and left us a beautiful tray of meat and cheese, bread and drinks, it was very appreciated. Overall this was a fabulous property.

Sehr saubere und schöne Ferienvilla mit Pool

Angekommen wurden wir herzlich von den Besitzern begrüßt und hatten auch schon ein paar Kroatische Spezialitäten und kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr modern. Highlight war für uns der Pool mit Meer- und Blick auf die Berge. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Berg und Meer in einem!

Die Wohnung ist offenbar ganz neu renoviert. Tipptopp sauber, sehr gute Betten . Die Vermieter, Sergio und Mira, sind sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht das man sich wohlfühlt. Sie haben uns mit leckeren Sachen im Kühlschrank überrascht und uns auf Anfrage sogar Strandtücher bereit gestellt..Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen da und haben zwei Badezimmer angrenzend an die Schlafzimmer sehr begrüßt. Familien mit kleinen Kindern würden wir die Wohnung nicht empfehlen, da man einige Treppen hat. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht der Realität.
