The villa can accommodate 6 guests with possibility of 2 extra beds for 2 children (extra costs) on 400m2 living area with terraces as well as 400m2 well-maintained garden with 70m2 lawn in front of the villa. The closest beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and many water sport activities are in famous tourist destination Baška Voda, only 2,5 kilometres away. With its hillside location villa is an excellent choice for active visitors and nature lovers and is very well connected to the hiking and biking trails. Jogging, Hiking and Biking are quasy directly from house possible. For your feel-good vibes the guests have available indoor treadmill, fitness equipment for home training, nordic walking sticks, outdoor ping pong table as well as 2 electro bikes (extra costs).
The ground floor comprises of a modern & completely equipped kitchen with island in the middle with 3 bar chairs, pleasant dining room with 8 seats & TV, stylish, elegant & bright living area with private terrace, lounge sofa, fire place corner with modern armchairs, flatscreen TV, soundbar and Sonos modern home sound system, atrium with bearbecue area as well as the main terrace. From the dining area you step out to the main terrace with heated infinity pool, alfresco dining area with 8 seats, parasols and sunbeds which is great place to socialise day and night and for outdoor dining, sunbathing, refreshment & relaxation.
On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with an air conditioning, flatscreen TV, king size beds, make-up tables and wardrobes with whole body mirrors as well as two modern designed bathrooms with baths and rainshowers. Two bedrooms have private terrace with sea view and en-suite bathroom, the blue coloured bedroom with mountain view has no terrace and it shares one bathroom with the yellow coloured bedroom, which makes this room perfect for the children. On the lower ground floor there is an entertainment room. On the same level you will find utility room as well as fitness equipment for home training.
Courtyard consists of parking space for up to 4 cars, garden area all around the house including 70m2 lawn and atrium with barbecue area. Smell the scent of Mediterranean herbs, relax in our hammock among the shades or try our herbs for your superior menus or cocktails. Or start your morning gym on the lawn with gorgeous sea view.
