「Booked a premium room - nice size, bed was awful - hard mattress you literally bounced on when turning over. Imoissiboe to sleep. Aircon failed to reduce the room temperature below 25+ - another reason you couldn’t sleep! Bathroom had a bath with a shower head so you couldn’t have a proper shower - water went everywhere! Asked to move - given a smaller standard room - bed better. Aircon also failed to reduce room temperature below 25! No compensation for room downgrade!!!!!! Never stay...

「Posizione ottima! Colazione eccellente!!」

「A beautifully luxurious renovated farmhouse with spa within a short drive to Bassano Del Grappa.」

「This property had many useful amenities on site including a restaurant with excellent food, a bar and a spa. It is very clean, quiet and secluded but close enough to town for any activities you may want to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful with your needs. We sincerely enjoyed our stay. Thank You.」

「First of all, a rare spacious parking lot. Friendly helpful check-in staff. This used to be a very nice hotel at some time, however the rooms are now very dated. The worst was it was very hot during our stay and the AC really didn't do much to cool the room.」

「Personale molto gentile, camera penalizzata dal rumore dell'aria condizionata.」

「This property provided good value, and a central location for visiting grappa vineyards. I found the staff here particularly friendly compared to other locations, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with cheese, deli meats and egg options. We didn’t try the restaurant, as they had a large tour group that night.」

「Very convenient hotel with great service. It has an excellent shower!!」

「Manglet lader til el bil som bør være obligatorisk i 2026 på et 4* hotell」

「Die Kirche genau gegenüber und die Bundesstraße daneben waren ein wenig laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war jedoch nichts zu hören.」

「Perfect location at the entrance to the historical center. Abundant and excellent breakfast choices. Super clean room and helpful staff.」
