“Excelente sercivio”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera n°10 ed era davvero tutto meglio di come ci aspettassimo, oltre ad essere tutto moderno, l’alloggio è organizzato con tutte le comodità possibili. Anche i prodotti fissati al muro in bagno erano molto buoni. La terrazza molto ampia e dotata anche di tavolo, ottima per godersi il panorama tra cui uno scorcio del Garda e le montagne, stupendo. Sicuramente ci torneremo per rivivere l’esperienza, si spera al più presto!”

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. They were very kind and checked in on our arrival time before we arrived. The breakfast is very good and a must have!! The hotel was very clean and pretty and the rooms are wonderful and spacious. Next time we’re in Verona, we will definitely stay here again!”
