Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Restaurant was okay for dinner. Expensive. Limited menu with a lot of falafel items. Would not eat there again. Breakfast was good but not worth the price. I would walk downtown and eat there. Overall, good hotel. Food was okay.

Wonderful staff who stayed open late in the restaurant for 6 of us who just arrived after restaurant hours. Parking is a little tight, but we did manage eventually. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, outdoor patio area for breakfast and convenient to walk into the city. It is a decent walk to the War Museum, but an easy drive in a few minutes.

A well located, reasonably priced hotel near the Bastogne city center. Comfy and quiet rooms, beautiful breakfast, and free onsite parking in their lot or on the street. Also near the 163 rail-to-trail walkway for a pretty stroll. No A/C (but they have fans) so watch out if you happen to be there in a summer heat wave.

The room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning staff was exceptional. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great location within short walking distance to the main square and restaurants. Loved the breakfast with lots of choices and a delightful sun room-like place to eat. Easy parking behind the hotel or on the street. The only thing to be improved was the air conditioning. The portable air conditioner didn’t fully cool the room as much as we would have liked.
