「This place was absolutely terrible and nothing like the pictures advertised! We traveled from out of state for a music festival and were extremely disappointed with our experience. As soon as we arrived, we noticed bugs on the furniture, bugs crawling on the bed curtains, and stains throughout the room. The overall cleanliness and condition of the place were completely unacceptable.
The conditions were so bad that we didn't even feel comfortable staying there. We had no choice but to leave and...

「We had a lot of problems with this place when we first arrived. We spent close to 40 min trying to get into the room due to a faulty lock, and limited help from the management. There was no hot water for a full day. The wifi router was unplugged. The space was a bit musty, and there was a decent amount of nightly noise from neighbors and people in the parking lot. That said, the managers were relatively quick to respond to messages, and once issues were addressed, the space was large, cute, and...

「The place is very convenient, quiet, and clean. I’d give it five stars, but the coffee brewer is a not user friendly. That may seem small, but having to dress and go buy coffee, was not desirable.」

「Location, location, location is fabulous! Parking was not an issue (this has been an issue in the past for me in Austin). Furniture is simple, yet all the needs are provided for (TP, garbage bags, towels, blankets). We did not spend much time at the location other than to sleep and change clothes. Coffee was two blocks away, bat bridge is an easy walk. Please note the location is by nightlife as described in the description.」
