Easy to get to downtown destinations too. House was perfect for our family. Great communication with the owner also. 「The Willow was a great retreat for this sibling reunion (myself & spouse, 1 sister, + 1 brother). We visited with other family members in Austin as well. The stay was a pleasure. When we had one bothersome issue, the owner responded promptly and made it go away. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool very much.」

「Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. 「The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. 」
