“The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience.”

“El desayuno es muy sencillo. Se trata de desayuno para llevar, algo de fruta, barras energéticas y una máquina de Nescafé. En cuanto al sistema de ventilación está bien, aunque la modalidad de calefacción, despedía un olor a quemado. En cuanto a los artículos de higiene como jabones y shampoo, son administrados de una manera muy rigurosa, incluso para considerarse tacaña. Si la finalidad del hotel es hacer un ahorro en costos, lo logra con poner a disposición del huésped, lo mínimo para……

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“The room was clean, area was okay but parking was so bad. This hotel is not for children at all. Theirs a lot of men that stay here who work for construction or companies and what made me upset is that after driving for 2 days and my family and so were so tired from our road their was no parking because of these giant trucks taking all the space. Also they need to be specific about food when they had no food for breakfast time. There was a staff that went out of his way cause he noticed the kids……
