the staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. great bed and linens and first class television access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. only negative-low water pressure in the shower; it's at a minimum of what's needed to take a shower.

The air conditioning was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but did find bugs near the air conditioner and in the shower. Aside from the bugs everything else was great but i do HATE all bugs so this was a little disheartening.

There shower shelf in was slanted downward; the soap slid off several times if you did not block the front with another product. Also, the shower doors opened at the far end of the room (back of the bathroom next to the toilet. Instead of in front of the toilet. The facility was new, clean and staff very friendly.

All nice and new. Loved the set up of the room with the kitchen (although I didn't need it for my one night stay) and loved all the shelving in the room. Comfortable with the couch instead of having to sit on the bed. Nice staff.

There was hardly parking because a lot of men workers would stay over night at this hotel and would be no parking. The beds are horrible and uncomfortable. This is not a family friendly hotel. There was no breakfast and no pool. Was disappointed in staying at this hotel. Would not recommend this hotel if you’re staying with your family and kids.

Great room!

The stay was great and the staff was very responsive. The only issue I had was the shower. While I can understand low flow shower heads for water conservation, a person actually ends up using more water just trying to get the soap of their skin and out of their hair.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are spacious. Sebastian at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with a nonstop barking dog next door and he moved us to a new room away from any pets. Our sleep was very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and stocked. We had no issues with parking and the hotel is conveniently located just right off HWY 71 so it was very easy to get to. There are also 2 grocery stores located with in a mile or two incase you need food for your kitchen.

The place was immaculate in cleanliness, friendless, and the bed and pillows were amazing! My only wish is that they had an ice machine. The room refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker but it doesn’t produce a lot of ice in each drop.

Very disappointed. 1. WiFi was spotty throughout my 4 night stay. 2. Keycard was changed out 5 times...very spotty. 3. No t.v. for 2 nights. 4. Roach found crawling on the floor. 5. No water in the hotel store. Bed was comfortable which is very rare in a hotel. I was a repeat customer from 2025...so different from a year ago.
