This place was horrible. We ended up leaving and not staying. Asked for a refund and was told no so I’m fighting my charge. Furniture was broken, massive stains all over the floors, 2 cockroaches ran across the dining table that had crusted food on it. And to top it off a big ole blood stain on the mattress. I took pictures of everything. When asked for a refund the guy told me “the first floor is just like that, I can move you to the third floor where it’s clean”. He was kind so no hate to him but honestly.. what? There was a homeless encampment directly in front of the front door, one homeless person was standing next to our room window, no shirt on. And 2 others were in front dancing.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The suite was spotless and perfect for our needs. The breakfast had so many options and all choices were delicious. The staff was friendly. The laundry area was new and well appointed. The gym was awesome. This was the best hotel i have been to in quite a while. I will come back here again.

This hotel is new, and it feels like it was built with utility in mind. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but 'cozy' is not a word that would be used to describe it. We booked the largest suite since we would be staying and working there for 5 days. It was spacious, but it lacked amenities that would have made our stay more enjoyable - better lighting in the bedroom, a comfortable chair or two in the living area, extra blankets, etc. Beds were comfortable, but our room was loud due to traffic noise. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't particularly hospitable. You don't realize how much a hotel's 'vibe' depends on the attitude of the staff until the attitude is unwelcoming. Hospitality matters, and I don't think it was a priority here. I felt terrible for the person who checked us in. She was gracious but struggled to find our reservation/room and required assistance from a coworker (a young man named Alex) who obviously had more experience with the computer system. He was rude to her and never acknowledged or addressed me, though I was standing right there. It was obvious she was interrupting him (he made sure she knew it), and he was annoyed. Awful (and awkward) first impression. The included breakfast was okay - we've had worse, and we've also had much better. The exception was the coffee, which was quite good, and we were grateful to take some to-go each morning. If you stay here, expect a utilitarian experience. If you need a place to sleep close to the highway, it'll do.

Room circuit breaker kept popping. Came in to a dirty room with dirty footprints and broken ramen noodles all over the kitchen floor. Kitchen towel was dirty, no paper towels were provided and i had to ask for them. Small hair clippings were all over the bathroom sink and floor. Pretty gross and disappointing.

Breakfast was good! They provided me with a fan which is always a plus. Parking was terrible only because there was a car show around that area and truck parked with their trailers ACROSS the parking spaces taking up 5-6 spots each. Annoying.

The room was nice, the ac was noisy the staff new about it and said they are waiting for a replacement but they put us in a noisy room anyway knowing the ac was not working properly. The toilet back up and didn’t get fixed after I requested it to be fixed three times the lady said she couldn’t get to it because she had to go to work? Must be the second job but I asked another person and he said he would get to it but didn’t so when my wife and I got back the the room late at night it was still backed up so the person behind the desk went looking for a plunger after awhile he found one and handed it to me and I fixed it myself. Everything else was great if it weren’t for the problems I mentioned above it would have been great. Thank you
